I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, proud native of Inglewood, CA, and Alum of Delaware State University; where I earned my Master’s in Social Work. Writing, hiking, and being a mommy are a few of my favorite things. My journey led me to trying to save the world one person at a time; that one person started with me!
I enjoy reading books that welcome other perspectives, help me to embrace vulnerability as a superpower, and believe that an authentic society still exists. Good people still exist, healthy relationships still exist, and no matter what LOVE reigns supreme. As my journey led me to confirming it all, it led me here to spread the word.
My passion is helping people make this thing called life make sense and more times than not make you laugh in the process. So to whoever’s reading this, know that I am fighting the good fight and rooting for you too.
